General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. All firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Purchasing Firearms Online

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Returns & Canceled Orders

All picked up firearms, ammunition, and optics sales are final and not subject to return. All other items can be canceled and returned, however there will be a 15% restocking fee withheld from the refund. All items are ineligible for refund after 30 days. Any items not picked up after 30 days will incur a storage fee of $ per month. Any items not picked up after 6 months will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be cancelled and refunded, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, at which point you will receive tracking information. Our flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 or internationally. If an order is placed outside of the stated parameters, it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm, the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

Conditions of Use

Use of the XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

Affidavit of Customer

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Indemnification and Agreement to Defend

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased, including (but not limited to) use, storage, handling, or transportation, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from such products.

Class Action Waiver

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring claims as part of any class or representative action.

Trademarks

XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness. Use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness, in any manner that disparages or discredits XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness, or in any manner that may cause confusion among customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws. We will rigorously defend our rights to this material in case of dispute or infringement.

Protecting Your Account

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address. We also automatically receive your IP address to learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you marketing emails about new products and updates.

Consent
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify a card, or place an order, we imply consent for that purpose. If we ask for your information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask directly or provide an opportunity to say no.

Withdraw Consent

License and Site Access
